Bishop Nomination Form
The Diocese of El Camino Real

The Bishop Search Committee will receive your suggestions for nominees for the position of Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real through 17 November 2006.

To fill in the nomination form, please follow one of the below two instructions:

Option #1 ~ SUBMIT VIA EMAIL ~ using the following steps

1. Click on this nomination form (in TEXT format), then:

2. Using your mouse, select all of the text on the nomination form page that comes up;

3. Right click on the selected text and choose Copy;
4. (note: Macintosh users would use CONTROL key + click)

4. Open a blank email message addressed to bishopsearch@edecr.org in your email program;
4. (note: clicking on the email address in this step will seed your mail with subject/recipient)

5. Right click in the body of your blank email message and choose Paste;

6. Fill in your submission information within the email message;

7. Click send within your email program.
