    The final report of the Constitution and Canons Committee to be acted upon by Convention on October 26 is printed here marked to show the changes through October 11, 2007, made since early September when the packet copy was mailed. A "clean" copy will be in the Convention packet for clergy and delegates at the Annual Meeting and will be emailed to those participants. Print the marked copy if you will have need of it at Convention.

      The revised Constitution and Canons you find posted here in the form of the Constitution and Canons Committee Report to Convention are those that will be included in the Pre-Convention package and sent to clergy and lay delegates. After receiving comments about the discussion draft posted in July, the Constitution and Canons Committee made a number of changes that are reflected in this new version and can be seen in a new "marked" copy also posted.
