Diocesan Evaluation and Structure Committee (DESC)

The Diocesan Evaluation and Structure Committee (DESC)* has been charged by the Standing Committee to provide an update to the diocesan evaluation, as required every five years by canon law. DESC will also analyze and make recommendations for changes to diocesan structure, and provide recommendations on funding alternatives that support the preferred structure.

*The Rev. Ken Wratten and Mr. Frank Snow serve as co-chairs of DESC. Members include the Rev. David Breuer, Ms. Nancy Cohen (Chancellor), Mr. Steve Dodds, Ms. Susan Elwood, the Rev. Efren Garza, Mr. George Lockwood, Mr. Ed Markham (Treasurer), Ms. Diane Martin, Mr. Richard Mueller (Finance), the Rev. Brian Nordwick (Administrator), the Rev. Britt Olson (Canon for Evangelism and Congregational Growth), and Ms. Ann Wright (Standing Committee).  The Rev. Donna Ross (Communications Coordinator) serves as DESC secretary.
